About Rami H

I am passionate about teaching and have been actively involved in education throughout my graduate degrees. My journey began with tutoring high school students for Neuroscience competitions, and continued in University where I was either the main instructor, or assistant instructor, to numerous pre-med students for human anatomy labs, biology, biochemistry, and genetics courses. During my PhD, I had the privilege of teaching graduate courses in both neuroscience and genetics. For me, a successful teacher is one that encourages you to find your best learning style and provide all the resources to support your learning development.

Outside of teaching, I am a big foodie—always on the hunt for the next new restaurant to try. I also enjoy playing volleyball, hiking with my dog, and exploring the nature that's right outside my door. If you haven't visited Calgary, I highly recommend it!
