The Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you are responsible for pipeline creation.
You will engage students who attended Wizeprep campus events and convert them into qualified advising consultations.
You are not closing deals.
You are creating opportunity.
Your job is to identify serious, motivated students and book them into structured consultations with our Sales Representatives.
This is an outbound-focused role with clear activity expectations and measurable performance metrics.
What You Will Own
Call, text, and email event attendees daily
Build rapport quickly and uncover academic and career goals
Qualify student intent and readiness
Book high-quality advising consultations
Maintain clean and disciplined CRM records
Hit and exceed monthly meeting targets
Your performance will be measured by:
Qualified consultations booked
Show rate on booked meetings
Pipeline volume generated
Consistency of daily outbound activity
