We help high school students excel in their coursework and prepare for the SAT and ACT. We support university students with course-specific academic prep and performance support. We guide ambitious pre-law, pre-med, and pre-dental students through LSAT, MCAT, and DAT preparation, as well as admissions strategy for law school, medical school, and dental school.

The Role

As a Sales Representative, you are a revenue owner.

You will work exclusively with qualified, high-intent students who have attended our events, requested information, or been booked into advising consultations by our SDR team.

Your responsibility is simple and high-stakes:

Convert qualified students into enrolled clients and drive collected revenue.

This is not a support role. This is a closing role.

You will run structured consultations, diagnose student goals, communicate value with authority, and confidently guide students into the right Wizeprep program.

You will be accountable for monthly revenue targets.

What You Will Own

  • Run high-quality advising consultations with qualified prospects
  • Identify student goals, constraints, and motivations
  • Clearly articulate the value of our academic support, and admissions programs
  • Overcome objections with confidence and professionalism
  • Close and collect revenue
  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline inside our CRM
  • Hit and exceed monthly revenue targets
Your performance will be measured by:
  • Monthly collected revenue
  • Close rate
  • Pipeline hygiene
  • Follow-up discipline

Compensation and Growth

  • $50,000 CAD base salary
  • Uncapped commission tied to collected revenue
  • Realistic OTE: $100,000 to $150,000+
  • Full sales stack and training provided
  • Clear path to senior closer or sales leadership roles
Top performers will take on larger revenue targets and expanded responsibility as we scale across North America.
