Note
This course is still in beta, meaning we need your help to make it even better! If you notice any missing topics or topics that don't belong in the course, please let us know by clicking on the speech bubble in the bottom right corner. Thank you!
This resource includes the following activities:
Theory lessons: I will explain and summarize new concepts
Examples: I will walk you through how to solve problems involving these new concepts
Practice questions: These are for you to try out on your own. Don't worry, if you get stuck, you can watch the video solutions or read the suggested written answers
Let's get started! 🚀

I dont see the content we need for our final exam, we require renal physiology, acid-base balance, and gastrointestinal physiology. I dont see acid-base balance at all.
Wize AI Tutor
AII can't see the course's full table of contents from here, so I can't confirm whether acid-base balance is covered somewhere under another heading. Renal physiology is a good place to check, since acid-base regulation is often taught alongside the kidneys.
If it really isn't there, this course is still in beta, and the welcome page asks students to report missing topics using the speech bubble in the bottom right corner. Your Wizeprep Prof can also tell you whether acid-base content is planned or where it sits in the course.
In the meantime, you can still post acid-base questions (buffers, respiratory vs. metabolic disturbances, compensation) in the Q&A here, and they'll be answered at the level of this course.

hey, is there a practice exam or anything i can use to practice? i have been going through the practice questions in the doc but I would love to practice more! my exam is up to unit 7.
Wize AI Tutor
AIFrom what I can see here, I can't confirm whether this course has a full practice exam, so your Wizeprep Prof is the best person to ask about that.
Meanwhile, here are some ways to get more practice from the course:
- Examples as practice: Try each example yourself before watching the walkthrough, then compare your answer.
- Redo missed questions: Go back to practice questions you got wrong a few days later and see if you can solve them without the solution.
- Mix units: Pick questions from different units (1 to 7) in random order, since an exam won't group them by topic.
- Explain it out loud: For each key concept, try explaining the "why" without notes, then check yourself against the theory lesson.
If you get stuck on a specific question while reviewing, post it here and I can work through it with you.

for our final exam we study the last three modules: the last three are renal physiology, acid-base balance, and gastrointestinal physiology. I haven't seen a lesson on acid-base balance... am I missing something or is that not apart of what you cover?
