An inverted conical tank of water is used as a water trough to hydrate some animals on a farm. However, there is a leak at the bottom of the tip causing water to drip out at a rate of 1000  cm3/s1000 \; cm^3 /s . The height of the trough is 5  m5 \; m and the diameter at the top of the trough is 4  m4 \; m. (The volume of a cone is 13πr2h\frac{1}{3} \pi r^2 h where rr is the radius of the base and hh is the height of the cone).
